Constantly being logged out of nest app

I am CONSTANTLY logged out of the Nest app. I can’t even change the thermostat schedule. It also impossible to see who’s at the door. The alerts come 20+ mi it’s after someone has been here and then I can’t even watch. There’s also no sound. Either this app or the devices are garbage

Thanks for posting in the community. Let's sort this out. 

Quick question — were there any recent changes to the network? Have you tried using another mobile device and log in to the account to see if it will log you out? Also, can you try to uninstall and reinstall the app if there will be a difference?
