Device is attached to wrong property

I have two properties. Somehow my Yale lock is associated with the opposite property in the. App. How do I move it to the correct one?

I don't believe there's a way to do that unfortunately. You would need to:

  1. Remove the lock from the Nest app.
  2. Add it back to the Nest app.

If you don't see the option to add it back to the Nest app without resetting it, you'll need to reset your lock to factory defaults and then set it up in the new "home" within the app. I don't own one personally but with other devices it can try and find devices already setup but not linked to the app. If that doesn't happen, you'll need to reset it and set it up again as I mentioned.
