I turned to this community page for help on the Google nest and was told that help will be given offline. A request was made for the email used to log in to my account to authenticate my account. I didnt hear from the help desk thereafter. Did i get hacked? Can you assist?
What happened to this customer's "form" (https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Speakers-and-Displays/Reply-to-black-lines-on-screen/td-p/225...), which you said was received and was being processed?
I wanted to check in with you, and see if I could be of any help. Was this the form you had filled out? If so, you should have received an email from our team. If you are not seeing the email, I would check your junk/spam folder, as it could have gone there. If you are still not seeing the email, I would recommend filling out the form once more, and letting me know once that is done.
