Help. Can not retrieve password

I am not getting an email to retrieve my password after multiple attempts

Are you absolutely sure that you are not somehow inadvertently trying to use the wrong email account? That's a common reason for not receiving a password reset email. Google Nest can't send a password reset to an email address that is not registered with them because there's nothing to reset.
