I have logged into the Nest app with my Google account. And it has 2 of the same Home. One with a green ring around it and the other without. They are both the same Home. I want to remove the additional one, but it says I have to use the Google home app. When I deleted the home in the Google home app I'm still getting the additional blank home in the Nest app, but the green ring one is gone. If I add to Google home app it doubles up again
I'm real sorry about the delayed response, are you still encountering this duplicate house issue? Do you know when this first happened? Are both the Nest and Home app up-to-date?
