I'm currently using a non-migrated Nest login account for my Nest products and cannot login to my account because I no longer have access to my old number when prompted for the SMS code.
How do I change my old number to my new number on my Nest account if I cannot login? Please help!
I’m sorry for the delay. Since your two factor authentication was attached to your old phone number we don’t have an option to update it to your new phone number. It’s unique per phone number. Let’s check options for you. What devices do you have in your Nest account? What’s the make and model of your phone?
