I’m sorry for the delay. Since your two factor authentication was attached to your old phone number we don’t have an option to update it to your new phone number. It’s unique per phone number. Let’s check options for you. What devices do you have in your Nest account? What’s the make and model of your phone?
Here are the steps you can try:
- Try to contact your mobile service provider to move your old phone number to your new phone number so you can receive 2-step verification codes there.
- If you have family members, have them remove your devices from your account so you can add them when you set up a new account.
