My app is connected. I can’t get in to the correct account to open Nest!
Having issues with the app can be troublesome, sorry to hear this is the case. I would be glad to help you out and ensure you are good to go. Do you mind me asking, are you having trouble signing out of the app and signing back in? Have you migrated your account to the Google Home app? Please let me know, so I can ensure you are good to go.
