I canceled my NEST Aware camera service 7 months ago when I moved and just noticed they charged my credit card yesterday for another annual service fee of $150. After 30 minutes on the phone with support, they assured me I would get a full refund. Then they emailed me saying they had prorated it and charged me for one day of service, apparently because I discovered it one day after they charged me! If I hadn't noticed it right away, they would have charged me a lot more for a service I never received and that I had canceled months ago. So after more time on the phone, I am now have to wait a couple of days for them to set up a "consultation" to resolve this. Over $0.90! This is a huge waste of time, but I object in principal to getting ripped off by Google.
