Login used to work fine, now if I ever manage to login to my account I will be logged out again in no time.
When I open the Nest app I select “sign in with Google account”, my Google account doesn’t populate (beside the point because the Google not option will not launch a new page). I select “Use another account” and nothing. Just highlights my selection with no ability to login. Earlier today I was able to get further, I could at least load a page that asked for login but “continue” did nothing. Most frustrating is I can see notifications but not view the activity on the doorbell because I’m pseudo logged in?

Have you considered deleting and reinstalling the Nest app?

Removed cache, deleted app, updated iOS version, closed out of running app in background, turned off/on phone, played with Google account settings and app settings, chanted binary code, sent cat pictures to the internet gods, nothing works.

Can you access the home.nest.com and home.google.com websites using your Google account?

Yes, Nest works in any other form other than the Nest app. Google Home app accessed the Nest doorbell just fine, I am just sure I don’t have the same executive function.

Are you logged into another Google account on your iPhone, in another app, perhaps? Can you log onto the Google Nest app if you're on a Wi-Fi network other than your home Wi-Fi network? Do you have another iPhone or an iPad where this is also not working? Since I haven't seen any other posts like yours for iOS access, and since ours is working, I'm just guessing at something on your phone or Wi-Fi network that could trip up the Google Nest app.

My phone is already logged into a different Google account… we created a Google account for the household versus my phone is default logged into my personal Google account (this would be a major bug as I describe below)
My spouse and I both wanted access to the Google Home/Nest account “owner” functions so we have a neutral household Google account. If the Nest app is this temperamental, there should be able to be multiple “owners” of the account de facto. It is not practical for a two person household to rely on only one to manage billing and subscriptions, that would create technological capability/knowledge inequity.

This is the complete picture of using the Nest app. The Nest app asks you to sign in with Google account, give permission for Nest to access/share Google account, Google asks for logins and the logins auto-populate (though admittedly not all users) or the option to “use another account”… Doesn’t matter because as you can see by the two different blue highlights in last two pictures, nothing comes out of selecting either option. No additional button to press to advance to another page, no ability to open the pop-up screen using another internet app.
(show pressing the bottom right button on previous two pictures, then Google account “options” hyperlink that leads to ability to send as a PDF, Web Archive or automatic format)
I think I am reasonably phone/app competent, this doesn’t appear to be a user error or anything that is solvable by user.

I agree; this does not appear to be a user error or solvable by the user.
