Having successfully set up the Nest App on my iPhone12 mini, it ran at first but the App is now frozen on my phone and I can't use the App. How to do I get it going again please? (The Google Home app still works but it's difficult to eg alter temperature requited on that app)
1. Make sure you're using the latest version of the app, by checking your app store for any updates.
2. Restart the app.
3. Restart your phone.
