Nest App have no devices after working for years

All my devices are gone from the nest app and it treats me like it a new account. Its been working for years and all of the sudden gone. Please help.

well website worked at home.nest.com. for whatever reason when i chose the existing google creds it thought it was a new account with all devices missing. if i relogon with the same account it works and devices show up. tldr, don’t choose existing google creds, instead logon fresh.

A few questions — were there recent changes made on your thermostat, Nest app, or Nest account before your devices disappeared? What Google/Nest devices do you have on your Nest app? Also, have you tried logging into another mobile phone or on a computer's browser at https://goo.gle/2qjvVSU if you can see your devices there?

no changed on anything. just up and disappeared. 2 nest thermostats and nest door bell. no i have not tried on browser the point it needs to work on my app.
