Little frustrating -- Opened 3 different tickets trying to cancel my account (Pictures of Camera and Bank image) showing I'm paying for this and come to find out it is tied to a different email address which I do not use nor have an idea of what it is.. All of this to try and use my cameras that I have had over 4 years installed, but sometime between Nest and Google Migrations the account is tied to another email address. SUPER rude customer service and non-supportive.. Not sure how I can get this resolved or I'm just out of pocket and need to move on to another system..
