Nest thermostat

I have second hand nest lerning thermostat. I can’t register it to my google home app.

The Nest Learning Thermostat gets installed in the Google Nest app but then is supposed to AUTOMATICALLY appear in the Google Home app. However, for months customers in this forum have been reporting this is not happening. Many of those customers have fixed the problem by going to the Google Nest app and creating a temporary second Google Nest "home/structure", then going to that empty Google Nest "home/structure" in the Google Home app and deleting it. Apparently this forces the 2 apps to sync and the thermostat then appears in the Google Home app.

@Luminek, I hope you've got the answer you're looking for. In addition to what was mentioned above, please make sure that you're logged in with the same email address associated with your thermostat within the Nest app. Also, try uninstalling and reinstalling it, and let us know if that helps.
