Nest x Yale lock for Guest passcode does not work

Over the last few months we have had several instances where the passcode setup for a guest (AirBnB) that has an expiration will not work. Yes, we’ve confirmed date and code but the lock will not recognize code as valid. As a work around, we’ve had to remove exportation dates/times and manually add delete as guests come and go which is defeating the main purpose we went with this lock. 
 
Other guest pass codes that do not have an expiration works (Cleaners) typically function properly. However, we’ve recently been having some issues occasionally with those too. All this buggy behavior is really unsettling.
 
We have been using the Nest Secure and Yale lock for a couple years now.
