Checked spam filter not hitting spam filter.

Added accounts.nest.com and nest.com to the whitelist on the spam filter.

Still no email.

Please provide some next steps.

i tried the forgotten password link this morning about 3 or 4 times.
no emails are coming through.
odd since nest is google and it is emailing to gmail which is google, feels to me like the nest outbound mail service for the "forgotten password" task is non-responsive, almost like the service needs to be restarted. at this point I expect that in the next few hours all my password forgotten emails will flood my gmail account. that's when I will know I was right.

I got through customer service yesterday there. It is an option for them to call you. Within one minute, they called me back period unfortunately, unfortunately, you can no longer add cameras to your nest app! Everything has to be connected to your Google Home period go through that app enable assist period I'm upset that I cannot use the nice nest app any longer and view all my systems period  Hope this helps.

I think this service has been disabled by the vendor.  Perhaps in an effort to retire your nest account and migrate you to use gmail. I'm fairly certain I didn't forget my nest password as I track all my passwords in a vault.  I was able to login via gmail Single Signon (SSO) without any issues.

I am asking  to reset nest password and I am not getting an email back. I have removed my next account from Google and trying to log in directly to nest will not except password have tried four times to get reset password email to no luck please help I hate the Google way to log in to settings for my nest.
