Can you still log in via home.nest.com and see your account? You should be able to unsubscribe there.

Yes, I did and removed the camera.

When you visit that link you would click settings, nest aware, manage subscription and you should be able to cancel from there. Simply removing the camera unfortunately will not remove the subscription

When I go to the settings and click on Nest Aware it says subscribe. It doesn't show a subscription.

If it is not showing, and you were on the old account style, then it may be cancelled, but you should contact support directly to confirm:

You can also check on your subscriptions by visiting google.com, click your account icon, Manage your google account, payments and subscriptions, and scroll down to subscriptions.
