Request for help in gaining access to Nest items in house that I own

Hello, I bought a rental property with Nest items and the tenants have now vacated.  We are trying to gain access to the Nest items so we can give information to our next residents.   Not sure how to do this because I was given no info on the products when I bought the house in 2021, and sellers are not responding to my request.  

Any help would be much appreciated!

The steps differ depending on what Nest products you have. Which Nest products do you have?
