I cannot update my credit card details. I am subscribed to Nest for my UK property and thus am directed to the UK site. But, as I am a US resident and all my payment methods are billed to my US address, the UK site does not enable a non-UK card. There is no dropbox for Country in the billing section, similarly a UK postcode is required. All I'd like to do is pay. It's worked perfectly for the past six years. What's changed - and how do you sort this?

We're here to help. Let's get this sorted out. Which Nest Aware plan do you have, 1st Gen or 2nd Gen? Also, what device are you using to update your payment method?

 

If you are on a 2nd Gen Nest Aware, you can reach out to our Google Store Support to check this further.
