Hi, I cannot get past the two factor authentication on my app as it is trying to sent a message to my my landline which it cannot do. I have tried to change it to call the phone but it always defaults back to trying to send a message. Very frustrating. Any help appreciated!

If you're referring to a legacy Nest account, if you can’t regain access to your phone number or email, you’ll have to factory reset your Nest and/or Google Home products, and then add them back to the app using a new account.
