I HAVE SPENT ABOUT 4 HRS CALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ORDER TO GET AN RMA TO RETURN 3 UNOPENED NEST WIFI ROUTER. I HAVE NEVER IMAGINED THAT GOOGLESTORE/NEST CUSTOMER SERVICE CANNOT PROVIDE LEGITIMATE CARE FOR A ROUTINE RETURN.
I AM TOLD OVER AND OVER AGAIN THAT I NEED TO "WAIT" FOR THE RMA...THAT THEY ARE "RESEARCHING" MY CASE AND THAT THEY "TRULY" WANT TO HELP ME AND IN ORDER TO DO SO I SHOULD WAIT A FEW DAYS AND/OR WAIT ON HOLD FOR HOURS AT A TIME. WITH ABSOLUTELY NO PROGRESS IN RETURNING THE NEST UNOPENED PRODUCTS.
I HAVE NO EARTHLY IDEA WHY THE DEPARTMENT IS CLAIMING TO FUNCTION AS CUSTOMER SUPPORT. IT SEEMS RESPONSES ARE SCRIPTED BY AN OUT OF COUNTRY TEAM AND THERE IS NO OWNERSHIP.
AT THIS POINT I HAVE BEEN STONEWALLED WITH THE SAME RESPONSES OVER AND OVER; THE RECEIPTS, ACCOUNT ACCESS HAVE ALL BEEN RECEIVED. MY ACCOUNT "VERIFIED."
I AM NOT ABLE TO ENDORSE THESE PRODUCTS NOR GOOGLE'S ABILITY TO PROVIDE LEGITIMATE CUSTOMER SER VICE.
