Unable to link Mi Home (Xiaomi) scene

Hi, I've got a new Xiaomi standing fan 1C, already linked to my Google Nest mini and working fine with voice commands for turning on/off and switching speeds, but unable to make it oscillate/swing through the voice. I guess that command doesn't exist, then I've created a manual automation in Mi Home app (pictures attached) but when I try to link it from the Google Home app  in order to set up a routine the scene doesn't appear  (option "Adjust scenes"). Could you please assist me about this? Thanks.

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I can understand how frustrating this must be trying to get your third-party device to connect and work. I would love to look into this for you.
 
I can let you know, that there may not be full utilization available for your device. We are always making updates to the Google Home App with improvements, but it can also cause some previously working devices to falter. Please reboot your devices, and the app and try again.
