Why Google Home app is not available in Apple App Store for Ukraine region?

Google Home app is not available in Apple App Store for Ukraine region, but for Google Play Store all ok.  

Why can't I get this app for Apple? What does it matter if these devices are sold in Ukraine or not? I bought several devices in USA, brought them to my country for personal use and cannot fully use them.

I think it's not fair. Just turn on the ability to install the application on an iPhone in Ukraine. (especially since I pay for a subscription for my Nest Battery Camera)
