Basically, you will need to remove the cameras you want to move to a different Google Account from the Google Nest app or Google Home app while still on your current Google Account on your current Wi-Fi network, then do a factory reset, and then reinstall them on the new Google Account in the desired Google Nest "home/structure" on the desired Wi-Fi network.
See the process you would follow if you were moving and leaving Google Nest devices for the next resident:
