nest app is way better than the home app

The Nest App is so much better than the home App.  and it is crazy that a nest product is not compatible with Nest app.  I was on a chat with customer support trouble shooting an issue for over an hour as they were getting me to do this and try this and then find out they can't even help me cause they are doing all the steps to troubleshoot my issue based on the NEST app.  Over an hour of my time and the support guy's time too!! Wasted...Brutal, all nest products should be able to use with the Nest app get rid of google home app all together.

Nest vs Home branding is one thing, but if you have genuine specific feedback to share on what is missing feature or settings wise from the Home app, that you cannot do using the Nest app, here's the link you're looking for: https://google.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_2aStd8wsbcLGvwG

Google has committed to bringing across features from the Nest app to the Home app and that is their direction to unify everything into the Home app. You're not the first person to express dislike for the Home app, and certainly won't be the last, but the more people that use the link above with constructive feedback is the way to make it better for all of us.
