nest connect can't factory reset

I have bought a new next x yale lock.

Tries connecting the nest connect to my network, but after some reseting, the nest connect shows a blue light blink twice and after it shows 5 yellow blinks. it can't factory reset even when i continuously pressing the button.

can anybody help me?

Hi,

My Nest connect cant factory reset, after the blue light blinks, the yellow light blinks.

Cant reset it no Metter how long i presses the button.
