I have attempted to talk to support about the issues I have had with my iOS app immediately after 5.68.0 was released. After much running around, support just emailed me to tell me my cameras are "not compatible with the nest app and are only compatible with google home". YOU PEOPLE ARE USELESS!! I have been using all of my cameras WITHOUT ISSUE ON THE NEST APP until 5.68.0 came out. THE BROWSER APPLICATION WORKS FINE. YOU HAVE BROKEN THE IOS APP ON PURPOSE AND NOW YOU'RE LAUGHING IN OUR FACES? CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT INCOMING! F*** YOU GOOGLE.

to add insult to injury, the "moderators" (aka useless employees) have proceeded to lock any threads associated with this update screwing up everything. Why? Because Google simply does NOT CARE about legacy Nest users. WHY DID YOU BUY NEST TO BEGIN WITH??? NO ONE ASKED FOR YOU TO COME IN AND F EVERYTHING UP!!!

Not only this but there are multiple 1 star reviews on teh app store stating the same issues I am having with freezing / freeze frame / blue spinning circle. FIX IT!!! STOP BREAKING THINGS!!!!

I’m quite certain the app update was intentional. I agree with you 100%. Perfectly working until the latest update.
