All nest cameras not recording "history"

We have 4 Nest Cameras on different floors...a couple are recording events, and the other two are not.  Really new to Nest...why are two of the cameras not recording events (history) and how to I change settings for history record?? Thanks much.

You get history on Google Nest cameras if you have a Nest Aware subscription (30 days of event video history) or a Nest Aware Plus subscription (10 days of 24/7 video history plus 30 days of event video history).

A Nest Aware subscription applies to just one Google Nest "home", so if all 4 of your cameras are not in the same "home" as your Nest Aware subscription, you will not have history for al of your cameras. If you have more than one "home", when you open the Google Nest app or visit the home.nest.com website, you should have an option at the top to select which "home" you wish to view.

You can check on your Nest Aware subscription on this Subscription Management website: https://store.google.com/subscriptions?hl=en-US

You can also check on your Nest Aware subscription in the Google Nest app by selecting Settings and then Nest Aware; the next screen should tell you what subscription you have for the "home" that you're in.  You can also check this for each individual camera.

Also, for the cameras viewable in the Google Nest app (I'm guessing that's true of all of yours), under Settings | Video Recording, for the camera, "Video recording" needs to be turned on, and the camera must be turned on under Settings.
