Feel silly asking this, but I assumed when watching a live feed on battery Nest Cams at night that the IR light would not be visible. I just installed an extra camera that I can see from another camera, and it's projecting visible light as if it's a floodlight. Is it normal for there to be visible light from the Nest Cams at night with live feed on? I must be driving my neighbors crazy at night. Picture attached with an arrow of the light hitting my trees and bushes, and another arrow where you can also see it reflected in my tinted windows.

Hi @Yuyu1
Not a silly question at all. The night vision on your camera is making that image much much brighter than it is if you were outside. You can test this by going outside at night and looking at the camera. There will barely be anything visable except a dim LED and the red camera lights. You can change the light status (that shows if somebody is viewing the camera) to a dimmer indicator too. See: Nest camera and doorbell lights and sounds - Google Nest Help

I'm not quite shore what you are saying. IR lights from other cameras will show up as though they are normal light sources but they are only visible by cameras that can see IR like your nest cam. They are not visible by the human eye. But natural light will also show up, like the light from a porch lamp.
