Backplate Google Nest Hello Doorbell

Hi

The  backplate for the Google Nest Hello Doorbell is damaged and I need a replacement. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement, original or 3rd party is okay. I googled for the latter but the products need to have the original backplate to attach to it so no good for me.

Google Nest does not sell any spare parts, but you could try contacting Support starting with the link below. Sometimes they provide replacements, especially if you are within the 1-year warranty.

Thanks, mine is just over 2 years old.  I managed to find a couple of sites that sell 3D print plates on ebay. Quite shocking of Google not to sell a much sought after spare part for an expensive piece if kit. There's definitely a market for them. I would imaging they can get vandalised or if people move they may need the angled wedge but can't find it, etc etc etc
