Why is Google Nest app so unreliable?

I have gigablast and even with that type of speed and no one home to use the bandwidth the app is constantly showing a blue spinning circle. I only have 2 cameras, 2 thermostats and a Nest protect CO2 that recently dropped off line and couldn’t add it back after working fine for 3 years. Definitely not enough to be looking at a frozen video for 10 minutes

If you’re using the “Nest” app for iOS, there was an app update on June 14 that fixed the issues (version 5.68.1). Check the App Store.
