Blue spinning wheel and history freezing on iOS apps

Why have you closed the thread regarding the IOS app problem viewing history everyone is having? I have had an open support ticket for a month but you don’t seem to be resolving it.

I may have found a workaround.  I login to https://home.nest.com/ and look at my cameras via the webpage.

That’s not as good though. I like just running my finger over the timeline back and forth and see the video moving on the large view.

This is definitely caused by the last update for Nest on iOS. Unfortunately the only solution is another update which who knows when that will happen.

Im having the same issue on Andriod phone

Thanks for mentioning as I am an iPhone subscriber and was curious as to what android users were experiencing. I had not seen any chime in until you did.

I too have been having the same issue for over a month now. Using Version 5.68.0 on iPhone 11 Pro Max with iOS 15.5 512GB memory. This issue happens on my Nest doorbell (1stGen) 2 Nest Outdoor Cams & my legacy Dropcam.

It’s clearly an app issue… When will this bug be fixed?
