Caméra hub max se désactive

Bonjour quand  je visionne une caméra iq sur ma tablette hub max celle ci désactive sa propre caméra

To better understand the situation, I'd like to ask a few questions:

 

  • Are you having an inconvenience viewing the IQ camera or the Nest Hub Max camera?
  • Where are you trying to access the camera from: the Nest Hub Max itself or the Google Home app on another device?
  • Did you get any error messages?

Bonjour et merci.

Donc aucune difficulté pour visualiser.mais si je visualise la iq depuis un hub max alors celui-ci désactive sa propre caméra. De même si quelqu'un appuie sur la n'est hello doorbell alors je perds tout les caméra des hub max qui diffuse la vidéo de la doorbell hello

In this case, if you are trying to view the IQ camera from the Google Home app, the Nest Hub Max camera will be deactivated. However, we're always looking for ways to improve, and your feedback is valuable as it helps us continue improving our products to meet your needs.

Au courant de quoi . ? J'ai stoppé mon abonnement nest aware car trop chère et à cause des bugs que personne ne cherche à corriger. Je vais aller à la concurrence car plus libre et pas d'abonnement. A force d'arrêter des services et de prendre les gens pour des cons il perde encore des clients. A oui que par profit c'est la politique Google
