Camera cant be removed

Does anyone know how to keep this from coming back? I have tried removing the camera several times and it keeps coming back. It is not hooked up or connected

I had to unplug my wifi for for 20 seconds & plug it back in the wall. And restart my phone. I had to do that a couple of times. This happens to me every month
