Camera history

I talked to Google home today about the history of videos 4 hours on the phone, started a new subscription with one of my cameras and was told it's my wifi when I use my phone data. I would never buy anything from Google again!!! I have nest aware 1st generation and it works fine. What's up with Google home? I have 3 battery. 1 indoor, and the floodlight camera and all of them are doing the same thing.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To confirm, can you see any events detected from your events history? What are the steps you've taken so far? What is the light status of your Nest Camera? Try restarting your Nest Cameras and your Wifi network. Let us know how it goes.

I had to open another subscription on my husband's phone for the cameras to work

Hi Ssmith55,

Thanks for getting back to us. To confirm, do you have the 1st gen of Nest Aware subscription? The 1st gen of Nest Aware can be applied to only one Nest Camera or Nest Doorbell while the 2nd gen can be applied to the whole home structure. That means, it'll cover all of your Nest devices under that home. Let us know if you have other questions in mind.

I don't have a problem with the nest 1st generation it's all of the 2nd generation cameras. Floodlight, 2 battery indoor/outdoor, and an indoor wired. 

I have factory rebooted 2nd generation cameras. Restarted my phone, called my wifi provider and there wasn't a problem, they even changed my coordinates to speed it up. I'm at a loss
