The camera will not charge. Other Nest cameras charge ok so it is not the charger. The camera will also not reset. It shows 4 percent charge but the green light does not come on when mounted.

I'll having the same issue, as of today. I am seeing a white light, but it flashes once every 5 or 10 seconds

Flashing white light normally indicates the camera is charging. It can take many hours.

It’s not charging though. The flash is at a significantly slower pace than the charging indicator.

Hey there,
I am terribly sorry to hear that you're having this issue! I would love to assist you with this issue. If you are having issues with your Nest Cam or Nest Doorbell, I would suggest that you first start by restarting it. This could really help establish the connections, and should hopefully help clear out any issues you may be having.
Restart: Keeps all your settings, and it should reconnect to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever becomes frozen, has trouble reconnecting to the internet, or isn't working normally.
