Moving a camera. Removed from the app and unplugged from the old location. At the new location, plugged it in and nothing. The outlet works fine as I tested.
Resetting with paper clip has not helped. Only a couple weeks old. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Did you double-check the connections and try a different outlet?
Did you do a "factory reset" by holding down the reset button for at least 12 seconds (rather than the 5 seconds needed for a "restart"?

I was able to reset and move the camera. However, there does not seem to be a good way back up videos other than going in the app on your phone and doing one by one which is very time consuming.
