Hello. I'm making a post here because Google Support is unresponsive.
The Google Nest Doorbell I'm using is unable to connect to wifi, even when it's right next to the router. There are other Google Nest devices that can connect just fine, and the device is still under warranty so Google Support escalated the case after troubleshooting.
They told me that Google would be contacting me by email, but I haven't received any communication from them for a week now. Can I get my support case escalated so I can return the doorbell?
