Can't reconnect my doorbell with new wifi

I change my router of my wifi now I can't reconnect my nest doorbell battery. I already did my cameras and my Google assistant but the doorbell doesn't let me reconnect it keeps saying to get closer to the doorbell and I'm like on top of it. My phone all my devices have the new wifi already. I had try lots of time I have this issue for 2 months already I really don't know what to do and suggestions please. Thank you

Did you perform a factory reset on your doorbell before trying to reinstall it?

I'd like to ask a few questions to provide you with accurate troubleshooting steps and find the best way to resolve the situation. Also @MplsCustomer I appreciate your collaboration in sharing more information.

  • What model of Nest Doorbell do you have? For your reference on how to identify the model, check out this article: Technical specs for Nest cameras.
  • How far have you gotten in pairing your device?
  • What’s the color of the LED status light?
  • How far is the device from the router?
  • What Wi-Fi frequency band do you try to connect to (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz)?
  • Are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the device you want to pair?
  • Do you see an error code or message when you try to reconnect the device?
