Can't turn off night vision

WB

I added a light so I want to keep night vision off even when it's dark to capture color and not take time to switch to color mode when motion is detected, but it stays in auto mode no matter what I do. I've set night vision to off on the Nest app, the Home app, and home.nest.com but it switches to night vision no matter what.

I’m having the same issue, if I turn the camera off and then on, the camera is in regular mode, it switches to night even thou the night vision is turned off. It’s only happening on one camera thou, the other 3 are fine. I’ve reached out to support and no help
