When I try to access either of my cams it tells me "it doesn't support this functionality" it worked when I first got the cams

What device or app are you using to try and view your cameras? Are your cameras the new 2nd gen Nest Indoor Cams sold starting in 2021 or the older indoor cameras? The message "it doesn't support this functionality" does not sound familiar at all.
