Charging port loose, cord will not connect

I keep my Nest Indoor Cam stationary, it was giving a blurry stream the other night. Took it down and the found the charging port is lose inside the camera. So the charging cord will not connect properly anymore.

seems like a defect that should be fixed by Google. Can I get a replacement?

Hi there,

Sorry to hear about that. Let's get this sorted out. What type of Nest Indoor Camera are you using, 1st Gen or 2nd Gen? Also, when and where did you purchase your Nest camera?

You can also reach out to our Google Support team for warranty or replacement concerns.

Regards,

Steve

I see. Yeah unfortunately if you're outside of your warranty, we aren't able to replace anything for you. It would be the same outcome here in the Nest Community Forums. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Best regards,

Brad.
