STILL UNRESOLVED AND YES IM A NEST AWARE TRIAL SUB (expiring today)!
At wits end -- a/o 7/5/21:
Reinstalled nest app on android phones; unplugged nest cam, reset wifi, on/off -- still my Nest is NOT recording any Event history -- realtime videos displayed but nothings retained. How can i get the thumbnails back? Thanx.
