You can setup and use the Nest Doorbell with your Nest Speakers and Displays: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j75X1BE6oN4

If you do not want the doorbell chime for the Nest Doorbell to ring on a certain Google Home/Nest Speaker or Display in your Home, you are to enable Do Not Disturb for that device as per: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7552172

The Do not disturb states: Mute reminders, broadcast messages, and other spoken notifications.

However, I would like my device to continue to receive reminders, broadcast messages, and other spoken notifications.  I just do not want the device to receive the doorbell chime.

Will there be an enhancement available to only turn off the doorbell chime on a Nest Speaker or Display?

HI Gary,

Please send feedback via your Google Assistant about this feature request. Just say "Okay, Google, share feedback" and then record your message.  It is a great suggestion to have the option to mute certain things like the Hello but allow other notifications. I would use this feature.

The only way to stop the notifications does stop all the notification as you posted. Filters don't get that granular either.
The doorbell has a Quiet Time feature but that will stop the entire doorbell notifications on all your devices.
