Don't notify setting not working

Nope, they created a ticket then I haven't heard a peep since then. I've been getting alerts from the "quiet zone" multiple times per day since then. Not really impressed with the level of service here. You should call tech support and report the issue. They probably have some threshold that needs to be reached before they'll do anything.
