Door ell history not playing

Very frustrating. 

They give you the nest aware for a couple months. Then when it expires playback doesn't work and it's too late to return. Well played. 

Any way to fix playback without the pay service. It appears you have 4 hours of playback but mine just shows the thumbnail and when you click it just blurs and won't play. Even if 5 mins ago.

Hey there,

In order to view events and clips, you will need a Nest Aware subscription. If you were just looking for a live feed, you do not need Nest Aware for that. Here is a great link on how Nest Aware works and how to subscribe, and here is a link on how to manage your subscription.

Thanks but not true. 

They advertise 3 hours (pretty sure when I bought it said 4) were free and subscription isn't needed.  The app shows the thumbnails in that period. Just no video.
