Since July we have had almost no video history showing. We have a nest subscription. We have sent email after email asking for help on this issue and all we get back is our case number and that google is aware of our issue, and they are working on it. Since July?! We are able to see live video and it tells us when someone is seen, but will not show the video. It is just a gray screen with a circle and a lower case i in the middle of it. We have tried everything we can think of to fix this issue. Any ideas? Actually, google addressing this issue would be nice.

I think you should call and speak with a google tech on the phone. Here is the link to get started. After you fill in the info there will be an option to chat on the phone. Based on what I hear from other end users like us, you should expect to be on with a tech for about an hour as they trouble shoot this so plan your time accordingly.
