Hi… I’m not at all Tech savvy. We have been in our home for 2 1/2 years. With the house we have a Nest hello. On occasion it would go offline but always managed to get it back up. Last week it went off line and I’ve tried rebooting internet but it won’t go back online.
are there some simple tasks to try? I don’t know where it is “plugged in”. It’s wired. I don’t know if I can reset the device. It’s glued to the brick. Any suggestions are appreciated. The chime doesn’t work either.

Hey folks,
I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. A few questions: when did the issue start? Did you make any changes to your Wi-Fi network? Are you getting any error messages How far is the doorbell from the router? Also, do you have other Nest devices in the house? Keep us posted.
