Doorbell not working but has power

My Nest Doorbell suddenly stopped working. It has power but seems the internal battery is not charging. It looks like this is a known issue but there doesnt seem to be a way of replacing the battery. Have I got to buy another doorbell? If so I think Ill try a different product!

I'm sorry to hear about that. Let's get this sorted out. A few questions: what type of Nest Doorbell do you have? When and where did you purchase it? Are you in the same country where you purchased it?
