Doorbell view doens't stream automatic on the google hub after someone rings the bell

It has been working properly for 2 years. When someone is ringing the frontdoor bell the google hub automatically streams the bell.

Suddenly that is not working anymore.

Streaming the doorbell trough the google hub works by voice command or pushing on the screen, that's all.

Anyone had this before?

I had/have same with my nest doorbell wired gen1 (nest hello) I assume you also have a gen1 and not gen2 as you state it worked for 2 years, at me suddenly started to show stream is not available on my hubs when doorbell is pushed, then several weeks later suddenly started to (kind off) work again most of the time but still sometimes not shows, some say turning of indoor bell option helps, but it did not for me when the problem occurred for first time.

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries; we'll check this out. Have you tried rebooting your Nest Hub Max? If not, here is a link on how to reboot the Google Nest or Home speaker or display.
