Floodlight Camera activity zones

I thought these newer cameras would have been better at not giving notifications outside of the zones. These floodlight cameras are notifying me of every movement in my neighbor and my neighbor's neighbor's yard.  Is there something I'm not doing?  I try using both single and multiple zones. All notifications are turned off in the outside zones.  The cameras are best positioned for the areas I want them to cover.  I don't want to make the sensitivity to low and then have a problem picking up motions at night. 

I'm tired of having the lights coming on and looking at videos of my neighbors going in and out of their driveway.
